Nothing beats the clouds in Florida especially in the Keys. Its like looking at a piece of heaven, a reminder of just how amazing Gods creation is. This weeks mental vacay goes to this incredible city. Key west is the southernmost point in the United States. It is famous for watersports, lively nightlife, beaches and historic sites. Don’t miss Duval Street, one of the most energetic strips of shops, bars and cafes in all the land. And, for the more sober-minded, the Ernest Hemingway Home and Museum (look for the celebrated six-toed cats). Indeed, walking tours are the best way to see the island’s intriguing architecture, courtyards and gardens. I have a picture in my head of this incredible strip of beach that is so majestic that pictures cant really capture it. Still waters, something most Californians cant relate to and clouds that look like cotton candy.
Islamorada was first experience on the beach in the keys. It was a private beach with key entry. As I walked out to the beach at sunset I could see several yatchs in water and the sound of JayZ coming thru the speakers. It was my kind of party and I could see people drinking and having a great time. It should be on everyones domestic bucket list.
