Normally, when you ask for recommendations for bars in Los Angeles, you would not find this one on that list. However, it is pretty underrated. Only a select set of people know about it and frequent it. It is located on Fairfax avenue. The music here is pretty good as well and the lighting is dim. It is good spot for single individuals. Most of the crowd here are single types.
The atmosphere is pretty eclectic. This bar has drinks and food that are pretty affordable. Some of the drinks and food which you should definitely try are:
-Shrimp & Chicken Tacos
-Jamo and Ginger Ale
The DJ starts playing at about 10 pm. If you arrive before that, you would find most of the bar to be empty. Normally, the happy hours are up to 10 pm every day including Saturday. The happy hour prices are much more affordable. During happy hour, you would be able to get a beer that is only 4 bucks and also shelf cocktails are at a discount.
Normally, if you arrive after 9:30 pm, you would find a big crowd outside. It is always a better idea to arrive around 8 pm.
The place is pretty small and therefore it can get packed pretty quickly. Parking may be an issue.
